College of Western Idaho (CWI)

College of Western Idaho (CWI) is a comprehensive community college providing higher education programs to residents of Western Idaho. They offer a full range of academic and professional-technical courses leading to an Associate of Arts or Science degree, transfer degrees, professional-technical degrees, continuing education, and certificates. CWI also offers basic academic skills to help prepare for a GED, dual credit for high school students, and fast-track career training for working professionals. Choose from classes offered at a variety of campuses throughout the Treasure Valley or online CWI also works with local businesses to provide customized workforce training programs.

Northwest Nazarene University (NNU)

Northwest Nazarene University, a comprehensive Christian university, offers over 60 areas of study, 19 master's degrees in seven different disciplines and one doctoral degree. In addition to its 85-acre campus located in Nampa, Idaho, the University also offers programs online as well as in Boise, Idaho Falls, Twin Falls and in cooperation with programs in 10 countries. Founded in 1913, the University now serves over 2,000 undergraduate and graduate students, more than 6,000 continuing education students, and 2,300 high school students through the concurrent credit program.

College of Idaho

Idaho's oldest private college, the College of Idaho is located in Caldwell, ID. With 1,055 students and 26 majors, C of I has educated some of Idaho's most accomplished graduates, including six Rhodes Scholars, three Marshall Scholars, and another ten Truman and Goldwater Scholars.

Boise State University (BSU)

Boise State University is a public, metropolitan research university located at the base of the Rocky Mountain foothills in Idaho's capital city. Boise State University is the largest institution of higher education in the state. With seven colleges and a choice of nearly 200 degrees and certificates, Boise State has over 22,000 students. They are known for fostering student success, lifelong learning, community engagement, innovation and creativity.

University of Idaho (U of I) - Boise Campus

Founded in 1889, the University of Idaho was located in Moscow, Idaho (the northern part of the state). In 1910, the school extended its education to the Boise Valley. The Boise campus offers over 30 degrees plus WWAMI medical education programs. The University as a whole provides over 2,000 different degrees and is home to more than 11,000 students statewide. University of Idaho earned the prestigious Carnegie Foundation ranking for high research activity. Researchers attract nearly $100 million in research grants and contracts each year with approximately $8 million being conducted in southern Idaho.
